Dark Circles And Eye Bags Under My Eyes.

I'm 18 , i have dark circles and eye bags under my eyes which are very noticeable and they are the biggest reason for my low self confidence and I have acute sinusitis which might be the reason behind the dark circles but dealing with these kind of things at a very young age is very dreadful! I never had dark circles or eye bags under my eyes 13 years before. It all started when i was 5 year old ! I used to have severe headache and my sinuses used to be completely blocked, i really need help ! Because I am unable to concentrate on my activities as it decreases my confidence so low that i feel like sitting at home the entire day ! I really want to know what procedures i can get done to clear my dark circles ! And no one in my family has dark circles/eye bags and all i want is some help which could change my life and help me with my suffering ! And looking back at my old photos, i had no dark circles/eye bags ! I look tired and i don't feel like doing anything ! Pls Help.
