Dark circles and dull skin

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Hello , i had pimples from age of 14 but not its over. i have acne scars and open pores due to bursting nd my skin looks dull and lifeless and even i hv lot of dark circles which take away glow of my face. can you suggest me cure for it.. FYI. I had quit smoking, drink occasionally once or twice a month. I work on computers 5 hours daily and continuos on mobile.
