Dark circles,acne,darkspo
I want you to read this as you might save a life here. Please help. I have had dark circles for 6 years approx now. Earlier it used to be very light. But now they have become quite large. Below eyes as well as above eye area. Acne is also there. My face lowers my confidence. I think about my face a lot and i think it is enhancing dark circles. Please help.
I currently use sunscreen called uvnox and a cream before sleeping called aclind for acne. However for dark circles i have been focused on diet and i take juice, tomatoes etc but not regularly. Is there any allergy which is causing this. Suggest me something. It is very depressing. These days are very depressing.

Dark circles are a common problem but the cause for its occurrence has to be determined. Most of the times, it's genetic that is it runs in the family. But inadequate sleep, nutritional deficiency or working on laptop for long hours can also cause this. Please get your hemoglobin checked.
