Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have got severe dark circles under eyes from the age of 10. the colour beneath my eye is very black till nose. since last 3-4 year i have been consulting various doctors like skin specialist, ayurvedic physican etc. but not getting any effect. skin specialist says its because of pigmentation because my facial skin is also very tan compared to those part which are not exposed to sun.
