Dark brown spots in neck and arm.

Hello doctor .about 15 days back ,i got dark brown spot in my neck and both arms ,2 in neck and 4 in arms ,i consukated a doctor he asked me to aloevera gel ,they disppear in 3 days ,but after 12 days again i got dark brown spot in neck and one in arm ,but in new location,my CT ,BT,CBC are in normal range, taking telma ct 40 for b.p for 3 yrs
