Dark brown spots in neck and arm.

15 days back ,i got dark brown spot in neck and in both arms.2 in neck and 4 in both arms,then i consulated a doctor he asked me to apply aloevera gel n to take vitamin c tab,they disppear but after 15 days i got 2 brown spot under my neck and one in arm,,my CT ,BT,CBC,TEST ARE done they are in normal range ,,i am on telma ct 40 for about 3 years
