Dark ankles and feet

Asked for Female, 25 Years

Dear doctor, Please suggest medication for dark ankles which I am facing since 10 years.. I have tried foot packs and tried scrubbing also. Scrubbing helps but it is not removing completely.. Please suggest me any other to lighten my ankles. I would be grateful to you. Thank you.
