Dandruff, premature graying hair fall
Suffering from premature graying of hairs and dandruff and hair hall from last two to three months. Please advise the remedy

Hairfall is not due to one single cause. There are many conditions which can cause extreme hair loss and thinning of hair on the scalp. So first and foremost we have to find the cause of hair fall with the help of detailed history and examination. Some of the common causes maybe nutritional deficiency, hormonal causes like androgenic alopecia also called pattern baldness, hypothyroidism, telogeun effluvium etc. Unless we find and c,read the cause there is no point in giving non specific treatment. Also one should refrain from home remedies as it does not give any relief from hairfall. Premature greying of hair is common with polluted environment and stressful condition
There are treatments available but response is subjective and ammonia free hair colors are only options left

Premature graying does not have a specific cause and thus no specific treatment.Dandruff can be dealt with by using anti dandruff shampoos if mild,if severe examination of scalp is necessary before prescription.
Hairfall needs a consultation to discuss history and assess the problem in order to help you as there can be many reqsons for hairfall.
