I have full dandruff I used many shampoos and I had head bath once for three days how to get rid of it.

Hi, dandruff or Seborrhoea Capitis when severe may not resolve with regular shampoos. You'll need medicated shampoos which have antifungal agents. Also in resistant dandruff, tar based shampoos are helpful. Please see a dermatologist so that necessary treatment can be prescribed. Let me know if you need any further assistance in this regard.
