Dandruff in hair, ears& patches in face

I have a lot of dandruff of hair which is very large in size and falls frequently. Also I was able to send in my ears and as well in face in the form of patches.
Please advice how to get rid of the issue. I was very much concerned as it may lead to psoriasis.
