Dandruff...
I'm having severe dandruff and red skin and itchy skin only on the scalp and lots of acne with pus on face...I think it must be seborrheic dermatitis as I read about it... Tried every shampoo eg: catomac and head&shoulder and one more(didn't remember name)...dandruff only go for a few hour until my scalp feel so stretchy and it flaky..... What do you think I should do...

This is body’s reaction towards skin micro flora Malassezia furfur( fungus ), in which excess skin scaling takes place. In order to curb the symptoms antifungal and anti inflammatory medicines can be taken . There are shampoos containing zinc pyrithione would also be used to control the symptoms. Disease is sometimes moderate to severe which would lead to hair fall. Do connect for online consultation and further information.
