Dandruff and hair loss

I have had recurring dandruff since 21 and hair loss with crown of head now completely gone bald. Homeopathy didn't work out well for me. Any medications in allopathy?

You could consider going for hair transplantation as it completely bald over crown area. Dandruff can be controlled by using shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice.
