Dandruff and dry scalp

Hair fall and breakage due to dry scalp and dandruff...please suggest change in diet or routine for getting rid...Fyi we have hard water supply at residence.

Hair loss could be due to reasons like anaemia, thyroid disorder, nutritional, ovarian dysfunction apart from dandruff. Breakage is due to excessive dryness for which you need to use conditioners along with anti dandruff medicated shampoos containing Ketoconozole and zinc pyrithione weekly thrice. Hard water once heated up shouldn't be a concern.
