Dandruf over eye lid

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Hello Doctor, Since 1year i m facing this problem. It stays for few months and then again repeat after few days. But since last 3 months its not healing. I usualy apply coconut oil or face cream over my eye lid. Its getting worse now. My eye lids are falling badly, itiching, eyes are red. The skin has become very dry and its almost spread over complete eyelids. I m not sure whome to consult. Plz help
