Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. I can understand your suitation. Medication is just one part of any psychic treatments, as it  address only the symptoms and also some time causes side effects. So to get a complete cure it's important to follow certain non medicine treatments plan like counseling sessions, few home remedies, lifestyle changes , self therapies, dietary changes and few exercises etc. Also, she may be  kind of going through some irritation or allergic to cold or heat in body due to sensitive of skins. Or she must be having a fear due to some bad experience in the past. It needs further detailed evaluation to conclude her reason for crying and avoiding bath. Better consult  with a psychology expert to let her Openly discuss her problems in details. There are few things she may not be able to discuss with family or friends which could be a root cause for her emotional disturbance. Reach out to  me online to discuss in details, so that you or she is comfortable to open up her problems. Be positive. She will be alright soon.
