Daily lower abdominal pain

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am a 23 year old female and my periods are normally regular (30 days etc) however, in august I woke during the night with excruciating period pains. The pain was so bad that I almost admitted myself to an ER, but didn't. Every day since I have had intermittent daily lower abdominal pain, bleeding between periods, bloating (especially left sided lower abdominal bloating), and also now my period has become delayed (currently at day 37).

Hi.dear.was the excrutiating abdominal pain dirimg periods? If not ,it calls for immediate attention. Don't panic.get your thyroid levels and usg pelvis done to rule out pcod.which is very common in young girls of today. Hope you are not obese. Plis revert back with your reports .
