Hi doctor, I follow the below daily ayurvedic Dincharya from the last 10-12 days now . 1. Get up at 6 o clock and toilet routine, wash eyes, face with normal tap water 2. Brush Teeth 3. Aloe Vera / Amla Juice 4. Nasta using Patanjali Anu Tell, Gandush using coconut oil 5. Abyang using Badam Rogan, Coconut oil 6. Pranayam Want to know whether can I follow this routine on daily basis during the rainy season also. Do any modifications are required in this routine.

Just to add into the details for your dinacharya. ☀️ It's is best if you can wake up in Brahmamuhurta (4:30-6:00am) ☀️Do Exercise -- motive is to sweat ☀️Do Pranayam & Yoga ☀️ Meditation

Eat fresh amla or eat amla murabba or dried amla supari instead of taking preservatives added juices
