Past 2.5 years I am suffering constant left side che at pain, frequent irregular heart beat ( like skipping and pounding ) did lot of TMT, echo all were normal. In recent episode of irregular beat I did a TMT and completed 12min, but had same irregular beat at the rest stage while doing I Dnt find any difficulty. Three weeks back I got throat pain and cough. It was more than year I check my sugar levels and TSH. So I did a whole body blood test. Along with I have checked D dimer and it's value is 504. Is it vary serious and what should I do for far these course of action

D diamer reading should normally be less than 200 ng/ ml. But your Lab standards show 500 ng/ml as normal.
However it is always interpreted in the light of clinical findings.
You can do TMT for 12 minutes in spite of having palpitations. Very creditable on the part of the Cardiologist who was monitoring you during TMT.
I think I should not give any comments when your Cardiologist is happy.

Get a X-ray neck done to rule out cervical spondylitis as the pain radiates down and mimics chest pain
