CYSTITIS,4.5 mm stone in ryt kidney
My urine culture shows e coli bacteria and in sonography 4.5 mm kidney stone is also found. I am single and virgin I don't know how e coli had affected me from one year I am having abdominal pain and frequent urination problem and some tym pain in back because of kidney stones. I had course of medicine but due to lockdown I am not able to consult my doc he had given me nifty sr tablets but after taking that I feel nausea and vomiting than I had stopped that pill only after one dose Please suggest me medication for cystitis and kidney stones. Or please tell me the correct way of taking nifty sr .

Stone  small, nothing to worry, take pain killer if required for pain. Ideally need recent Urine culture report, if can't done can take TAB Niftas SR after food once at night.. If still nausea n vomiting tab Pantocid D before food.. Can share full culture report with a Urologist for better opinion
