Cystic ovary
Last year my doctor told me to do usg of lower abdomen. And the result showed polycystic changes in ovary. Last August she told me to do testosterone test and now she told me to do again testosterone test plus usg of lower abdomen. Both the testosterone report are confusing with different reference values. Previously I'm having 24.70 ng/ml with reference level 6-82 now I'm having 0.67 ng/ml with reference value 0-1.0. I'm attaching both the testosterone report as well as my previous and current USG report. Is that serious? So I'm having PCOD right? Please help. Thank you.

Your ultrasound does show polycystic ovaries but they are borderline enlarged... Testosterone maybe free or total... So values maybe different... Just check out.... What are your symptoms??
