  4. Cystic Left Ovary. The treatment.

Cystic Left Ovary
Having periods normal after 25-27 days, for 2-3 days of flow. No weight gain, it's maintained as 54 kgs from long time. Facial hair growth has increased and patches on face start appearing. I have attached my sonography report with this. Please suggest the treatment.
