Periods flow
Is the 5 xl pad soaking in the whole cycle considered normal health cycle or scanty periods ? My endometrium thickness is 17.5 mm so I thought I got a heavy flow but on the first day 3 pads soaked and in the 2 nd day 1-2 pads soaked and other day only spotting . So is this normal ?

It is definitely not a scanty period . It is a heavy period. You didn't mention your age. 17.5 mm endometrial hyperplasia. It needs a D&C as soon as possible. Please seek a proper consultation with me for more information.
