Cystic Acne - Hi There, I Have Cystic Acne All Over My Face

Hi there, I have cystic acne all over my face and am very frustrated. I am using Retino -A 0.05% since a week but nothing seems to work. I don't know any certain reason for these cysts. It maybe because of some mineral and vitamin deficiency? Or should I use glycolic acid together with retino -A ??
