  4. Cyst of gangrene. With antibiotics.

I HAVE A CYST ON MY WRIST AND IT WAS DIAGNOSED GANGRENE. ALL BLOOD TESTS I.E. SUGAR, COLESTROL, TLDC AND URINE CULTURE ETC. ARE NORMAL. Now I want to know is surgery is necessary or it will be cured with antibiotics.
