Tests you have attached though are not confirming tuberculosis of cervical lymph nodes, ultrasound is of the opinion of similarity of swelling to tuberculosis. You need to undergo fine needle aspiration cytology of the swelling to confirm the diagnosis of tuberculosis of lymph nodes
