Am from Cbe. Hi I have scrotal sebaceous about 2 in numbers in my scrotum , how to get rid of that , please advise me and if i do the hand surgery while it affects. will ortho doctors wont do surgery becs of cyst. if anthestia person also wont give antestia becs of cyst, pls help
