Cyst in Foreskin
I am from Gurgaon.
My 17 month baby boy has got a cyst kind of whitish/yellowish bubble under the foreskin when I tried to pull the foreskin little down it pops little outside. Although he has neither pain nor any problem in passing urine.
Please suggest.

Consult surgeon and share photos if possible, no pain then no issue . If ulceration is there go to surgeon, if pain give pcm
