Cycling for 1 hours
I used to go office on bicycle daily which takes half of a hour and come home as same.. In that case i sweat a lot .. So how to retain hydration.. Please guide me.

Hi Fill a 1 ltr bottle with boiled water squeeze juice of one lemon in it add 1 tsp sugar and a pinch of salt hmmm c we’ll keep sipping this water now and then through the day to n addition to water fluids you drink through the day.

Cycling is a very good activity in terms of improving your cardio vascular fitness and  as your stamina & Energy permits continue with the activity. As per Hydration levels are concerned include as per your thirst sensitivity. You can maintain optimal Hydration through water,tender coconut water,Buttermilk etc which also are sources of minerals to replenish your electrolyte balance . In addition include water rich vegetables and fruits in plenty to up your Hydration

Yes keep hydrate your self As sometimes you can have low electron also like sodium and potassium So keep them good in diet And week you can have electrol two- three days

Hi, It's good to do cycling on a regular basis. Generally speaking, if you sweat, that's again a sign for the fat burn. But to cover your water loss, you need to keep your water intake for atleast 8-10 glasses per day. Include watery fruits, vegetables & liquids in your diet.

Intake plenty of water,fluids upto 3 ltrs/ day . also eat plenty of vegetables upto 1000 gm,,/ day. fruits any seasonal fruits upto 300-400 gm/ day. eat right food at right time . Do the right physical activity as ur body needs ,upto one hour a day as yoga,walking,jogging,playing sports ,exercises,cycling .....

Along with water please take some ORS at least once a day, or simply salt- 1/2 tsf, sugar 1 tsf, lemon half wedge in a glass of water, post coming back.
