I am getting small small cuts on my forskin whether due to musterbation or cleaning. Not every time but it occurs weekly. I have this condition few months back. And it keeps coming back after that. It get healed everytime but again come back. After that I also see some white stuff getting accumulated inside forskin. Also sometime i can't pull back the forskin due to swelling. Please suggest what should I do. Whom to consult with.
I didn't get this before, it happening for last 3-4 months
