For the last three years I've had pressure on my chest been to a doctor 2 years ago and said it may be caused by fluid has got a lot worse now it has affected even my sex life I can get a erection with no problem but one to two minutes into having sex I start breathing hard and sweating really bad and a slight headache then the erection will go down I can stop for a few minutes cool down and it comes right back,,, I have smoked for the last 26 years I know that probably ain't helping
