In gout ,usually great toe is affected first.
Get Blood test for arthritis profile
For sometime only you can take following medicine after meals only-- (but if there is any rashes or allergic sighn, stop it and take a tablet of Avil 25mg)
Tab.Voveraran 50mg 1 bid --one day after meals
Tab Zyloric 100 1 bid -- one day
Capsule Becosule 1 day
