Check saturation regularly , if spo2 goes below 92 or any symptoms developes ,then he need  hospital admission.

If there is no respiratory distress and no co- morbidities, there is not need to admit him. Keep checking his oxygen saturation and seek immediate medical attention if it drops below 94 in room air.

Ct score will only give you an idea about the viral load Keep monitoring the symptoms if they resolve or decrease within 4-5 days then it is fine If symptoms persist beyond 5 days consult a physician immediately
