I am 8 months postpartum but my c section stitches looks a little pink and bulged outward however I don't have any sort of pain is that an issue or not. Its my first csection

No problem if no discharge ,no pain may be you are having tendency of keloid formation . Itching is there or not.For keloid consult to any surgeon he will give good suggestion for procedure.
