I am suffering from cryptorchidism. My parents didn't done my surgery at childhood. I am 19 years old now. I have no pain. What to do now? Which department deals with cryptorchidism? Can I try for medicines with doctor's advice or I have to undergo surgery? Which will be better - orchiopexy or orchiectomy?

Urologist only would do the procedure. If the testis is small and lying high inside the Abdomen and opposite testis is normal, then orchidectomy is required. Otherwise the testis can be brought down by orchiopexy.
