Consult a pediatrician and get tests done. Fever could be either due to respiratory infection or due to urine infection in ur child.

It looks like upper respiratory tract viral infection . Please consult your pediatrician. Do not worry about crying on passing urine , it is a normal thing to happen for babies

Plz get him examined as UTI with respiratory tract infection seems to be the cause
