Cronic Skin rashes

Hi, I have these rashes on my arm and leg for almost 5-6 years.I have gone through many medicines and home remedies for those.Let me clear those aren't waxing related as I never tried waxing on my arms but still it's there. Sometimes it's eachy but not always.It looks very awkward and because of these I can't wear dresses of my choice not even sleeveless. One thing I have very sensitive and dry skin also. Pls help me to get rid of this.
