Dear patient, Based on the reports which you have sent me, your uncle might be suffering from acute renal failure ( which cannot be confirmed to 100% just based on these reports which i have seen). As increase in the urea, creatinine and uric acid suggest acute renal failure. Your Doctor has put your uncle on antibiotics, anti - hypertensives (for BP because of which his BP is under control. So let him continue the same medicines) As you have not mentioned the size of the cyst the severity cant be judged. His sugars are under control.
Next Steps
Continue the same medicines for the number of days advised.
Health Tips
For the improvement of his condition : Restriction of water or any fluid intake to less than 2 litres a day, Avoid bananas, curd, dry fruits, coconut water as they contain potassium which aggravates (increases) the symptoms, also avoid extra salt, pickles and tinned food. This strict diet control along with the medicines will improve his condition to a great condition. If the cyst is too large and causing any problem consult a Nephrologist (Kidney specialist ) for further advise and management.
