Creatinine level increasing exponen.
My father had type2 diabetes from 2008. Since last year due to high sugar level and consumption of painkiller given by dentist for 10 days my fathers creatinine level increased to 1.9. There is monthly increase in it since then..now it has reached 4.9 From 3.6 last month. It took two years to rise it from 2.4 to 4.9. Kindly help

Hi 2years for 2.4 to 4.9 is possible in diabetic kidney disease progression. However need to evaluate/ rule out any acute reversible causes..
