My father has done bypass surgery in 2019, and later I'm May 2020 diagnosed with heart failure , till August 2025 he had creatnine level 2.04 , in 2025 december he had some breathing difficulties we went hospital and they said fluid overload and treated with lasix effusion , creatnine increased to 2.65 and in February 2026 we came for review which showed mild plueral effusion , and treated with lasix and zytanix 2.5 alternative days , his creatnine is now 2.83 . Will creatnine reduce? What should I do to maintain creatnine below 2.3 to 2.5 ? Please help with suggestions

Every insult will affect creatinine values.
Few patients respond to treatment and come to baseline value. Few patients will stabilise at a higher value
He is on lasix and vymada which will decrease gfr and raise in creatinine values.
These are essential medications for maintaining cardiac health and long term beneficial effects on kidney as well.
So even if there is increase in creatinine and is stable with no symptoms we can be on follow up and maintain it
