Hi, lot of people take creatine monohydrate supplements after workout and even gym trainers and lot of fitness experts believe that it is a very good supplement if you want to grow muscles. Can someone please advise if creatine monohydrate is safe for everyone and if it is really a good and useful supplement to take on a daily basis.

Sir . Before taking and muscle growth supplement Consider u are age . And any family history  of disease . Kidney function liver function . Also consider the motive for taking supplement There are numerous  way to muscle growth by natural food diet . About creatine monohydrate . Cannot say it's absolutely safe in all .. as every human  body tolerance is different  .. So at some level it's OK.  But too much will harm your body . So try to be more natural way body development  slowly .. rather  than fast development.
