Cream for acne prone skin

Please suggest a night cream for acne prone skin. i have an acne prone skin and acne spots. I use doc prescribed ointment for the affected areas.since my doc is not from bangalore, i cannot visit him too often. Hence, want a suggestion for a face cream that i can apply at night. In the morning, i apply the medicated cream and sunscreen.kindly suggest a face cream that is safe to use on my acne prone skin.thanks.
