Creak wit feeding

Hello, We have a daughter age 1.3 year. While breast feeling my wife having some creak on her nipple's outer circle. And due to regular cuts (because of feeding) some liquid is there. Is it harmful ? Do we need to consult with Dr.. if yes then which one as we are confused.
