  4. Cramps cramps. Painful to have sex.

I’ve been getting extremely bad cramp the last 2-3 weeks, it’s not my period because I’m not due for it and it’s extremely bad at night time to the point where I can’t sleep, I’ve taken medicine and nothing has worked. It’s also extremely painful to have sex.
