Cramping bad
I was having mild cramping from 6/11 to 6/20. Then they disappeared. On the 22 I was breathless I kept feeling like I was about to faint and feeling dizzy. The next morning June 23 I got up and took a pregnancy test it came back negative. I was supposed to come on my period June 16 never did. June 23 me and my boyfriend had sexual inter course after it was a little bit of blood, later on that day I started having bad cramps the Wouldn’t go away they would linger and then come back strong.

I would advise that you meet a gynecologist and undergo investigations such as ultrasound to find the underlying cause of the missing periods and cramping. These steps may help with regularizing your periods: - Avoid fatty, oily, fried and junk food - Exercise regularly - Destress yourself with practices such as yoga/meditation - Maintain a healthy body and diet - Have vegetable juices - Include corn, beets, lettuce, drumsticks, and pumpkin seeds in your daily diet - Avoid smoking and alcohol if you have the habit. Visit the gynecologist at the earliest

Hello dear patient you should get a ultrasound done to rule out any ectopic pregnancy or any other abdominal pathology. Follow up with the reports.
