Cramp after fracture
I had hairline fracture in my left ankle febula last Saturday. Doctor casted my ankle tuesday.But I' ve been facing acute- cramp in that region from yesterday. Since my doctor is out of town, I am nervous. Please suggest me any medication or treatment.

Don't walk on the plaster, keep the leg raised even when sitting or sleeping. Keep the leg on pillows to help reduce the swelling. Swelling of the leg in plaster can cause cramps. Do this and see how your symptoms are. If no improvement, see a doctor in emergency department of the same hospital.
