Crackling sounds in knee
Whenever I fold/stretch my left leg, some crackling sounds are coming in the knee. It always happen in left leg only.But there is no pain. Does it indicates any weakness in bone strength ?if yes,  What should I do to improve bone strength? Also, Why this crackling sounds happen?? I am 25 yrs and my weight is 69. My height 6 feet.

Check your vit d. Also it is very common to have those sounds. It is because of rubbing of the cartilage of the knee cap. Do strengthenong exercises with a physiotherapist.
