From Last 1-2month I found Cracking Sound Which Came from my knee whenever I will sit and stand up it will came. What is That I didn't Understand also sometime i have pain in both knee joint i m 5'6'inch. So it can be related my height

sound in knee while getting up from sitting is normal..but if it associated with pain. then.u.need to get done x ray both knee and see orthoapedic & Arthroscopy surgeon near you. thank u tc
