It needs to be addressed asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be well treated with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively and without any side effects. It needs to be treated in a holistic approach for complete recovery. You need an expert Psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hi , I understand, that what you are describing is emotional numbness alongside substance-related trauma, an understandable response to prolonged stress. Since you’re already seeking help, continuing with a trauma-informed addiction recovery specialist is the right step, and with time and support, these symptoms can ease.
Health Tips
In the meanwhile, a few gentle hints: slow belly breathing for 1–2 minutes, a short daily walk, keeping a regular sleep routine, and limiting substances or triggers as much as possible will all help calm the nervous system while recovery continues.

Hi, I hear that you have a thought that you may have developed CPTSD, from an abusive relationship. This is an understandable response to something that extreme. Many women experience CPTSD symptoms from repeated abuse. The constant invalidation, twisting of reality, yelling and playing the victim that are a part of narcissistic abuse.  This can absolutely shake someone's sense of reality. It's a sign of strength that you reached out. With the right trauma-informed therapist beginning the journey towards healing is possible.

It’s extremely important to consult a mental health professional, who would assess your symptoms using psychometric testing to further clarify your diagnosis and thus accordingly evaluate other domains and create an individualized treatment plan.

Hi It must be overwhelming for you. Going through emotional abuse can make one numb. The numbness you feel at the moment can be overpowering, it would be advised you consult a psychologist. They can help you process the pain you are going through and help with your coping mechanism
