Cow or full cream milk
Hello Doctor,
Which milk is best for 2 years kid. Cow milk or full cream milk. As pediatrician suggested that 'you can give cow milk also'. But in instagram some pediatrician told that cow milk have less nutrients or proteins like that.
At what age can start giving full cream milk to kids?
Please suggest.

Both lack nutrients and calories.
Food is main source of holistic nutrition.
Best is keeping milk max of 200 or 300ml.
