Cow milk quantity
My daughter is turning 1 yr and i am planning to give cow milk,how much quantity should be given?the cow milk has to be diluted with water?
I am giving formula milk to her now -800 ml of formula milk in a day with 3 small feeds of solids,one in the morning banana then afternoon oats and banana(5 small spoons) and evening kiwi(3 small spoons)

You can give cow milk without any dilution
You can give like around 1 glass/200 ml in morning and 200 ml in evening
